Discovery is a unique part of the process in that it's the only part that begins before we even agree to work together. From the first contact, we'll be trying to gather as much useful information as possible, so communication is key here. Once the project goals have been established, we take the information we've gathered and craft a proposal that will be made available to you. We'll set a time to meet with you to discuss the proposal and answer any questions you might have.

Plan & Strategy

Once we've agreed to work together, we'll immediately begin sorting tasks. Planning and strategy are essential for all digital projects, and luckily, as we have stated, it's never been easier for marketers and business owners to publish content online, build an audience and sell their products or services. We'll conduct a thorough "needs analysis" whereby we'll establish milestones, as well as the right people for the job. We'll select your team from our network of experienced professionals and ensure each part of your project is in capable hands.

Based on the results of our analysis, we'll curate a list of resources and tools needed to meet project goals and deadlines. It's at this point that we'll begin working with your marketing personnel to implement those tools and resources, as well as any existing strategies you may have such as analytics or email marketing campaigns. Once your strategy is in place, it's time build out a wireframe model of your content.

Wireframe

Think of the wireframe stage as a bare-essentials-model of your project. We'll create a mock-up of your content based on our interactions with you, project subject matter and any project guidelines or scope of work outlined in our agreement. This part of our process is where we'll begin to visualize the "how" of your project goals and see your ideas in action.

If you already have existing content, it's at this stage that we'll begin migrating, or if you don't already have your content created, then it's also at this stage that we'll be hard at work creating quality content for you. Depending on the scope of work , one or more wireframes may be designed for your proofing.

Proof

Proofing is actually something that takes place throughout other steps of the process. Early on we'll establish milestones for your project, each milestone being achieved via "approval" documentation. However, final proofing is also the very last stage in the process before we launch. It is here that the client is given adequate time to review the final product and revise any elements of content, design, or strategy. Often times, the process of proofing can spark ideas and decisions are hard to make. This is an excellent example of when A/B testing is appropriate.

Once the client has been given time to proof the final product and has approved deliverables, we'll begin migrating our development build to a live staging server, which allows us to test our build one last time, live on the internet. Upon successful testing in the live staging environment, your project is then ready to launch.

Develop

The development part of the process is where things start to get really exciting. After creating the content, crafting strategies and building a mock-up of how that will look and what the experience will be for the user, we then set out to make that model into something real.

At this point, the wheels should be well in motion on your project. By the time we start to develop, content should be created, assets and style guides should be established and layout should be proofed and approved. With these crucial points checked off the Development process is streamlined and delivery is usually just a week or 2 away in most cases.
